While the initial transformation was born out of necessity, it has also brought new opportunities to drive greater business value. To better understand these opportunities and where organizations are on their journey with digitizing their document and workflow processes, we surveyed 602 senior digital and technology executives globally in partnership with Forbes and Microsoft.
The results of the survey show there is still work to do on the restructuring of internal process and workflows; the employee experience directly impacts the customer experience; and improving workflow and digital processes brings new revenue opportunities.
